Ingredients

How to make it

  • Remove mushroom stems; chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup.
  • Saute stems, onions, garlic, and spinach in 2 T butter and worcestershire until onions are translucent (6-8 miutes)
  • Drain well, place in mixing bowl and set aside
  • Cook half of mushroom caps in 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat 5 minutes; drain.
  • Repeat with remaining mushroom caps and butter.
  • Add cheeses to mixture in mixing bowl and mix well
  • Place on baking sheet; broil until golden brown.

    Will definitely throw in some bacon (or ham). But you know how I feel about blue cheese. :*( LOL
