Creamy Blue Stuffed Mushrooms

- 2 pounds medium mushrooms shopping list
- 8 tablespoons butter, softened shopping list
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 3-4 oz chopped fresh or frozen spinach shopping list
How to make it
- Remove mushroom stems; chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup.
- Saute stems, onions, garlic, and spinach in 2 T butter and worcestershire until onions are translucent (6-8 miutes)
- Drain well, place in mixing bowl and set aside
- Cook half of mushroom caps in 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat 5 minutes; drain.
- Repeat with remaining mushroom caps and butter.
- Add cheeses to mixture in mixing bowl and mix well
- Place on baking sheet; broil until golden brown.
