How to make it

  • Grate cucumber or chop finely.
  • Salt and squeeze out excess liquid.
  • Add to minced garlic.
  • Mix in vinegar and yogurt.
  • Stir.
  • Ad the oil.
  • Sprinkle with Paprika.
  • Garnish with chopped black olives.
  • Serve with Pita or bagel chips.

    This is one of my favorite recipes, but mine is a little diferent: instead of yogurt and vinegar, I use Quark Cheese and some dry oregano.
