sweet ginger mahi mahi

- 2 8 oz mahi mahi fillets shopping list
- 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup) shopping list
- 3 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger root shopping list
- 1 clove garllic, crushed shopping list
- 4 tsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except fish in a large freezer bag
- Add fish; turn to coat and refrigerate for 20 min
- Heat grill to Medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil
- Remove fillets from marinade (reserve liquid) and grill for 10-12 min, turning once-until fish flakes with a fork.
- Pour reserved marinade into a small skillet and heat over medium flame until mixture reduces to a thick glaze, 2-3 minutes
- Spoon glaze over fish and serve immediately
- Delicious!
