How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except fish in a large freezer bag
  • Add fish; turn to coat and refrigerate for 20 min
  • Heat grill to Medium heat and brush lightly with olive oil
  • Remove fillets from marinade (reserve liquid) and grill for 10-12 min, turning once-until fish flakes with a fork.
  • Pour reserved marinade into a small skillet and heat over medium flame until mixture reduces to a thick glaze, 2-3 minutes
  • Spoon glaze over fish and serve immediately
  • Delicious!

    This was awesome I made it last night! My big dumb finger pushed the 3 for a rating. How can I change that??? It is definately a five and I can't vote again:(. Can someone, anyone fix this???

    i have to say that i used maple syrup...and i really think it made all the difference in the world...
    the thickened marinade really clings beautifully once you pour it on...makes it feel very rich and decadent...

    no but i am sure it would work...probably have to increase the time in the fridge...to several hours ....
    i like to marinate fish because it is quick!..
    only about 20-30 minutes and you are ready to grill..
    just enough time to get the grill heated and ready too!...
