Cucumbers in Sour cream Recipe

How to make it

  • Draw tines of a fork length ways downt he cucumbers
  • then cut thin slices
  • add onionand sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.
  • let stand 10 min,then press out excess liquid
  • mix the rest of the ingredients,add to Cucumber mix and chill

    I am printing this one. I love cucumber salad. The farmers market should have cukes soon. My Mom likes this with mashed potatoes. So do I. L.
