I know this is hard ont he indigestion,but what a way to go.LOL

Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers,peeled
- 1 onion,thinly sliced
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 TBS vinegar
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 tbs parsley flakes
Directions
- Draw tines of a fork length ways downt he cucumbers
- then cut thin slices
- add onionand sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.
- let stand 10 min,then press out excess liquid
- mix the rest of the ingredients,add to Cucumber mix and chill
