stuffed whole flounder

- 1 small flounder cleaned & butterflied shopping list
- 1/2 cup flakey crab meat shopping list
- 1/4 cup small shrimp shelled & deviened ( raw salad shrimp ) shopping list
- 1 cup herbed stuffing ( bagged dry ) shopping list
- 1 tbls. minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 tbls. minced green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. old bay shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonaise shopping list
- salt &pepper shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- in mixing bowl combine all ingred. until smooth workable stuffing forms.salt& pepper to taste. reserve butter & melt .( 1/4 stick +/-). stuff flounder under each pouch and pile in middle cavity. pour some of butter over entire fish and stuffing .bake at 400 degrees in well buttered pan until stuffing is done . golden brown color garnish with lemon slices and parsley. serve

This was very good. I did not use a whole fresh fish. I used a lovely fillet of Flounder and I used a mixture of mayo and sourcream. :>)
