How to make it

  • in mixing bowl combine all ingred. until smooth workable stuffing forms.salt& pepper to taste. reserve butter & melt .( 1/4 stick +/-). stuff flounder under each pouch and pile in middle cavity. pour some of butter over entire fish and stuffing .bake at 400 degrees in well buttered pan until stuffing is done . golden brown color garnish with lemon slices and parsley. serve

    This was very good. I did not use a whole fresh fish. I used a lovely fillet of Flounder and I used a mixture of mayo and sourcream. :>)
