Ingredients
- Ritz Crackers
- 1-1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter
Directions
- Put graham crackers, brown sugar, white sugar, butter, milk in a
- saucepan; bring it to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat
- and add vanilla.
- Place a layer of Ritz Crackers in a 13x9" pan and pour 1/2 of the mixture over it. Make another layer of Ritz Crackers and pour the remaining mixture. Add one last row of Ritz Crackers.
- Over low heat, melt both chips and peanut butter. When melted,
- spread evenly over the top layer of crackers.. When cool, cut into
- desired bars or squares.

Making my own Kit Kat bars could be dangerous, but this sounds so unusual (with the Ritz crackers), I have to try them...sounds like a good idea for the next office "treat day".
