I found these great garlic spears at Whole Foods. They are the flower tops from Elephant Garlic and a little bit like a cross between asparagus and artichokes. They look very interesting. They're super easy to prep and very tasty.

This sounds incredible. I'll have to look for this as I'm in whole foods at least once a week. I bet this is dunamite. Great post. You have my 5.

Ok, I'll be making a trip to our Whole Foods next weekend to look for these - that sounds so good...anything with a garlic flavor is my kind of food. We used to get an Elephant Garlic pizza, with thin slivers of the garlic on the pizza, baked until the garlic curled around the edges and browned up nice and crispy...delicious (and then the place closed, of course). I hope I'm able to find these "garlic spears" here - thank you!
