Ricotta Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 18 oz. yellow cake mix (wheat free - try to get close to the 18 oz)

1 lb ricotta cheese

3/4 cup sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Make cake mix according to package directions and pour into a 13 x 11 " greased and floured glass pan

Mix together 1 lb. ricotta cheese sugar, eggs and vanilla then pour over the cake batter.

Bake 60 minutes (if using wheat free start checking for doneness at 50 minutes checking every 5 minutes)
