Ricotta Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Make cake mix according to package directions and pour into a 13 x 11 " greased and floured glass pan
  • Mix together 1 lb. ricotta cheese sugar, eggs and vanilla then pour over the cake batter.
  • Bake 60 minutes (if using wheat free start checking for doneness at 50 minutes checking every 5 minutes)
