Rich, delicious and very different! Some people call this a *Bliss*...I call it good! Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 20 small red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, lightly whipped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain and allow potatoes to cool.
- Quarter potatoes and put into large bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, blue cheese, and bacon.
- Pour sauce over potatoes and gently stir.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Chill till ready to serve.

Bliss, heavenly. fantastic could all be used to describe this wonderful recipe. Your recipe calls for red potatoes I have actually have had Blue potatoes which are delicious but stain your cutting board like beets.

I have saved this... i cannot wait to try this! looks so darn good!! I am a blue cheese fan and I am always looking for new ways to do blue cheese... I'm thinking that this would be good with possibly a buffalo grilled chicken breast and some type of celery salad on the side...
