Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all marinade ingredients
  • Put into plastic zip bag with chicken
  • Marinade for 4-6 hours
  • Remove chicken from bag and reserve marinade
  • Heat grill to medium heat
  • Oil grill with olive oil
  • Put chicken on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes
  • Basting with marinade
  • Turn over and grill until done still basting
  • Pineapple Sauce
  • Put all ingredients in saucepan and simmer for about an hour
  • Serve over chicken

    Great marinade. Basting works perfectly for this type of sauce. This would go well with my Tempura Asparagus Salad with Citrus Ginger Vinaigrette. Good job!!
