Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour congnac into 2-cup jar with lid.
  • Peel and section orange, then slice each of the sections in half lengthwise.
  • Add then and sugar to the jar.
  • Cover the jar tightly and shake until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Store the jar at room temperature for at least 2 weeks.
  • After 2 weeks, strain the orange slices and pulp from the liquid.
  • Use as you would the real thing for sipping, in mixed drinks, or your favorite recipe!
  • ENJOY!

    I was going to buy this but the price stopped me cold, so I looked up a recipe and made it, but I used the peel from organic oranges from a friends tree in Texas. I aged it for several months and it was dynamite!
