Prairie Style Tri Tip Grill

Sirloin Tri-tip is both flavourful and economical cut of beef. It is commonly used in the Prairie provinces
Ingredients
- 6 sirloin Tri-tip grill steaks shopping list
- 1/4 c rye whiskey shopping list
- 2 tbsp soya sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic minced shopping list
- 2 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp chilili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp grind peppercorn shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Put steak in freezer bag and pour all marinade in.
- 2 Marinade for 8 hours or overnight
- 3 Grill to perfection. Approx. 2-3 minutes per side
