Ingredients
  • 6 Sirloin Tri-tip grill steaks
  • 1/4 c rye whiskey
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chilili powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp grind peppercorn

Directions
  1. 1 Put steak in freezer bag and pour all marinade in.
  2. 2 Marinade for 8 hours or overnight
  3. 3 Grill to perfection. Approx. 2-3 minutes per side
