If I'm in a restaurant, and having a burger and fries -- you can bet that I'm going to ask for a LARGE side of thousand Island! At home when I make oven fries, I often make a dipping sauce similar for thousand Island -- I love to have fries with my sauce!
I must agree with you (in secret, of course) that this truly does look like a great recipe! You had better have this in your pub!
