Ingredients

½ MED. RED ONION

4 STALKS OF CELERY CHOPPED

4 SWEET PICKLES (GHERKINS)

½ BELL PEPPER CHOPPED

2 ½ SPRIGS OF PARSLEY CHOPPED

2 TSP. PIMENTO OR CANNED RED PEPPERS

2 HARD BOILED EGGS

1 QUART MAYONNAISE*

1 CUP KETCHUP

Directions

BLEND BY HAND OR USE THE LOWEST SPEED ON MIXER: ONE QUART OF WHOLE EGG MAYONNAISE* AND 1 CUP OF KETCHUP. ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND BLEND JUST ENOUGH TO MIX.

If I'm in a restaurant, and having a burger and fries -- you can bet that I'm going to ask for a LARGE side of thousand Island! At home when I make oven fries, I often make a dipping sauce similar for thousand Island -- I love to have fries with my sauce!

I must agree with you (in secret, of course) that this truly does look like a great recipe! You had better have this in your pub!
