Peanut Butter Cookies Supreme Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup real butter

1 cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup pastry flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

optionally 1 cup of chocolate chips

Directions

Cream peanut butter, butter and sugars together

Blend in the eggs and vanilla

Add flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt

Mix well

Shape rounded teaspoons full of dough into balls

Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Flatten slightly and criss-cross with a fork.

Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned

Watch them closely, or they will be too dark very suddenly.
