Peanut Butter Cookies Supreme

I know....peanut butter cookies are boring. But this recipe is very good, and I always eat way too many myself, so bake them with the grand-kids, and then blame them for the empty plate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 cup real butter shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup pastry flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- optionally 1 cup of chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cream peanut butter, butter and sugars together
- Blend in the eggs and vanilla
- Add flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt
- Mix well
- Shape rounded teaspoons full of dough into balls
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Flatten slightly and criss-cross with a fork.
- Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned
- Watch them closely, or they will be too dark very suddenly.

A good cookie is never boring, wish I had one right now, but its to hot to bake. And yeah! gotta have chocolate chips! Do I have to share with the kids?
