Strawberry Short Cake Sundae with Granny Smith Apple glazed with Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 Southern Style biscuit or Short cake shopping list
- 4 oz of Organic Raspberry fruit Spread shopping list
- 4 Fresh Organic strawberries cut into a fan shopping list
- 4 oz of Maple walnut ice cream shopping list
- 3 Small granny smith apples pealed cored and sliced shopping list
- 3 oz of water shopping list
- whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- FOR THE APPLE GLAZT:
- In a pan ad the water and the jam and bring to a boil
- Add the sliced apples and cook for 6 minutes set aside
- ASSEMBLY:
- Slice the Biscuit in half place one-half on a plate
- Add the strawberry fans to cover the Biscuit
- Next add the ice cream
- Next surround the short cake with the apple and some of the glaze
- Add some dollop of whipped cream on the side.
- Share with a friend
- Enjoy
