Ingredients

How to make it

  • Thaw filet slightly by running under water while still in wrapping
  • Cut into cubes (doesn't matter if it's still frozen or not), set aside
  • Put soup into pan, add milk and stir till incorporated
  • Add frozen broccoli florets
  • Add seasoning
  • Bring to simmer
  • Add chopped tilapia
  • Simmer till done - doesn't take long at all
  • Turn off heat and add sour cream and cheese, stir till melted in.
  • Sprinkle with paprika (optional)
  • Put in bowl and sit down and enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasts!!!!

This sound great, jj...I'm gonna try this...will use fresh broccoli and make my soup adjustment(you know my INaffinity for can soups, too, but that never stops me from tryin' a recipe...especially one of yours)...and I LOVE tilapia and dill. Thank you!

The recipe looks good and I forgot to mention that and didn't want you to think my initial post was ragging on you for the canned soup.

I love the name! But I can never get past using a canned soup other than stock. I rag on my Mom all the time for using Cambell's ( she's a great cook) and it's been a feud for so long she'll make scallopped potatoes with her own sauce and tell me it's canned just to make me mad, lol
