Im Alone And Happy Soup

Hubby and son were out of town on job so I didn't have to cook!! I wanted something quick but good and somewhat healthy. This is what I came up with. I must say, it was delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's condensed cream of potato soup shopping list
- Soup can of milk shopping list
- broccoli florets (I used frozen, about 8) shopping list
- 1 6 oz. tilapia filet (individually wrapped frozen from Costco) shopping list
- 1 tsp. tarragon (I didn't measure, just shook it in) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dill weed (" ) shopping list
- McCormack roasted garlic and red bell pepper seasoning (just shook it in) shopping list
- Dollop of sour cream (optional) shopping list
- Handful of shredded cheese (any kind you like, used 3 cheese Italian) shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw filet slightly by running under water while still in wrapping
- Cut into cubes (doesn't matter if it's still frozen or not), set aside
- Put soup into pan, add milk and stir till incorporated
- Add frozen broccoli florets
- Add seasoning
- Bring to simmer
- Add chopped tilapia
- Simmer till done - doesn't take long at all
- Turn off heat and add sour cream and cheese, stir till melted in.
- Sprinkle with paprika (optional)
- Put in bowl and sit down and enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasts!!!!
