Trigger just posted a sauce recipe - sounds great.
I had to look up what turporken balls were and they sound really awesome! - will try with Triggers sauce.

Interesting recipe.Sounds very good without sause but I like Krumcakes idea of using her, apricot marmalade mixed with some fresh horseradish, that sure sounds good too.

I'm into sweet/sharp sauces, D, especially with pork or turkey - I'm LOVING your recipe, and I would probably use an apricot marmalade mixed with some fresh horseradish...sweet but with a good "bite". Donald Trump's Turkey burgers have a baked pear/cinnamon combo mixed with Major Grey's Chutney, not one of my favorite chutneys, but it went well with the cinnamon pears mixed in. I wonder if a fresh fruit and jalapeno salsa would be good, perhaps (like I use on my white fish)? Lots of possibilities here for variation every time you make it...great post!!!
