An adult berry topping great for a romantic summer dessert.

Ingredients
- 1pt strawberries, halved or quartered
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2T Grand Marnier®, divided
- 2T powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream, well chilled
- 1/2t vanilla extract
- dash of nutmeg
- Prepared Angle Food cake, sliced
Directions
- Place strawberries in large bowl, 1T of Grand Marnier®, orange juice and sugar.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, whip whipping cream to soft peak stage and then add vanilla, nutmeg and remaining Grand Marnier® the continue to beat until thickened.
- At serving, spoon berries and juice over slices of cake and top with whipped cream.
