I came up with recipe years ago when I wanted to shed some pounds. The breasts are microwaved and the aroma of them cooking is just wonderful. They are great anytime for a healthy meal. One of the few things that can be "cooked" in the microwave.

I just took some chicken breasts out of the freezer. I don't care for chicken in the microwave....I'll use the oven. Thanks for sharing.

I have never used the McCormicks Vegetable Supreme. I will have to try this out! I love the way you use photos to enhance the cooking adventure! I lost my darn battery charger for my camera but once I find it, I too will post some photos.I am sure it won't compare to your post though! I will look for this spice next time I shop! Thanks!

Hello...
I have not cooked chicken breasts in the microwave
in a long time...but I will respect your
directions for using the microwave
when I make your recipe...I can see the logic in
why they should be cooked in this way....
I am sure that they are, just as you say,"addictive"...and also 'juicy'...! right?
Thank-you for sharing....mjcmcook....

Awesome pictures! I have tried a recipe similar to this and the chicken was very juicy and delicious. I thought it would be dry.

JJ, I've never done chicken in the microwave, but after reading what you said about the aroma and how it won't turn out the same otherwise...well, you've got me wanting to try it! So I saved it to try. I know you know your food and would not steer me in the wrong direction. :) And it does look really fabulous in the pics. Thanks for sharing it with us and thanks so much for joining my group. Cheers! ;D ~Laura

Just don't over cook the chicken. It will continue to cook while it sits. I slice it on a diagonal and make wide thin cuts. A great way to have a great tasting diet food. JJ
