This is a very simple dressing that is perfect for tortellini salad, a cold antipasto salad or any tossed salad. It has very few spices, so it won't over power the salad.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3oz. corn oil, 1 tbls.sugar, 1/4 tsp.black pepper, 1/4 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. salt,
Directions
- Wisk all ingredients together and pour into a shaker bottle. Do not refridgerate because it may thicken.Shelf life is about 2 weeks.

Lillian,your dressing is the best. Used it with a greek salad and the flavors are wonderful So light but with great tate. Will be on my counter from here on. Bravo!!!
