How to make it

  • Mix soda, limeade concentrate and orange juice in a large pitcher; stir to blend.
  • Pour into serving glasses and top each glass with a scoop or two of sherbet.
  • Gently stir just a bit to let some of the sherbet mix into the drink.
  • Serve with a spoon so the drink can continue to be stirred occasionally and the sherbet mixed in.
  • NOTE: For an “adult” version, you can always add a shot of vodka to the glass before adding the sherbet!
