How to make it

  • Peel and deseed avacados
  • mash avacados
  • dice tomatoes
  • peel roasted garlic
  • chop cilantro
  • finley dice jalepenos add to suit your spice taste
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or with your favorite mexican dish.

    Thanks! I love guacamole and avacados. Would eat both on almost anything. I love it with the roasted garlic! Adds a wonderful fkavor that regular garlic can not add. Hope you give it a try and like it!

    Guacamole is one of my favorite for two reasons. One it is of high nutritional values and the second is that it is tasty. Your recipe with the roasted garlic is supreme in my book and deserves a High Five

    YAY! Your first recipe submission!...This sounds so good! I like the idea of roasting the garlic for this recipe.I never made my own guac.But always wanted to.I'll have to try this instead of buying pre-made!
