Orange Glazed Carrots With Cranberrys Recipe

Just good.. and I have to dress my carrots to eat them unless raw...

Ingredients
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4-1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Place carrots in a shallow saucepan, and cover with water.
- Boil until tender.
- Drain, and return carrots to pan.
- Pour orange juice over carrots, and mix well.
- Add the cranberries.
- Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in brown sugar, butter, and salt.
- Heat until butter and sugar melt.
- Even kids like them...

Hey Linda, what a great way with carrots - love the sweetness and the fruit...I'm sure we're gonna love these. I've done them with brown sugar and butter and oj, but never thought about adding cranberries - those are gonna be perfect!
