- 4 oz baking chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 C cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/4 C cocoa pwd shopping list

- 1 C flour shopping list
- 2 tsp butter shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking pwd shopping list
- 3/4 C cocoa pwd shopping list
- 1 C sugar shopping list
- 2 L eggs shopping list
- 1 C boiling water shopping list
- ....................................................... shopping list
- icing : shopping list
- 2 C sugar shopping list
- 120 g butter shopping list
- 4 oz baking pwd shopping list
- 6 tbsp yogurt shopping list
- 2 tbsp gin ( optional ) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the cream and sugar .
- Bring to boil and pour it on chocolate .
- Whisk until smooth .
- Pour on a dinner plate and spread evenly .
- Freeze 15 mins or chill 30 mins until firm to touch .
- Roll into 12 balls and and then roll them one by one in cocoa pwd .
- Chill

- Pre heat oven at 180 deg .
- Grease a 9 by 13 inch pan .
- Sift the flour , soda and baking powder .
- Sift cocoa separately .
- Beat eggs and sugar for 2 mins .
- Slowly add oil and beat for 1 min .
- In slow stream add the waterand beat 45 secs .
- In low speed add the dry ing and beat for 1 min .
- Then increase the speed to high and beat for 2 mins .
- Lower the speed and add cocoa pwd . Now beat for 1 min .
- Pour in the pan and bake for 30 mins .
- Cool and chill .
- ............................
- Sift the sugar .
- Beat the butter for 5 mins until soft .
- Add the melted choc and beat until mixed .
- Add the gin , vanilla essence and yogurt and beat for 15 secs .
- Add the sugar at one batch and beat until mixed .
- Now beat for 1 min .
- Set 1/2 C icing aside.
- Remaining in a pastry bag with star tip .

- Cut the sides of the cake to form a 11 1/2 by 7 /2 inch rectangle .
- Now cut it lengthwise into 2 .
- You will have 2 11 1/2 by 3 3/4 inches cake now .
- Pipe 24 stars , 3 width and 8 lengthwise on top of one layer of cake .
- The stars must touch each other .
- Place the next layer cake on top .
- Press gently to hold .
- Use the reserved icing and do 12 stars and top of this cake .
- ( make stars 2 across width and 6 across the length ) .
- Place truffle on top of each star .
- Transfer slowly to baking sheet .
- Chill 1 hr before cutting
