How to make it

  • Base: Blend ingredients: press into 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
  • Filling: Combine ingredients; spread over base.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Topping: Mix topping, spread over cheesecake, return to oven and bake another 8 minutes.
  • Garnish with toasted coconut and/or 1/3 cup of chopped pecans.
  • Chill for 8 hours.
  • Serves 18.
