This has something the whole family will like and it quick and easy to make. (Click on each picture for a better view)

Ingredients
- 3-.99 cent Wendy’s French fries (or the equivalent of any fries you choose)
- 1-Lb. ground chuck
- 1-small onion, diced very fine
- 2-10 ¼ ounce cans of Campbell’s Beef Gravy
- 1-tablespoon of Creole seasoning
Directions
- Place the ground chuck, onions and seasoning mix in a large pan.
- Cook over medium heat and stir frequently until beef is brown.
- Drain off the excess fat and grease.
- Return the meat back to the pan and add the gravy.
- Mix well, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Reheat fries, if necessary, for 20-30 seconds in the microwave.
- Arrange one pack of fries flat on a plate.
- Spoon the meat and gravy mixture over the fries.
- Serve and Enjoy.

Too yummy! Mom used to make something similar that we called 'Hamburger Gravy' over mashed potatoes. It was essentially browned hamburger and onions in brown gravy. I never thought of putting it over French fries. Yum! The name is too funny, too. Great post! - Natalie
