Ingredients

2 onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick

2 tbls. olive oil

1/4 cup ketchup

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. Hot sauce (I use Franks)

1/8 tsp. salt

1 cup water

Directions

Saute onions in olive oil until tender and turning golden brown

Mix in ketchup

Stir and add remaining ingredients

Bring to boil

Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until looks like most of liquid has reduced, about 10 minutes
