I have made this soup many times for my family. Serve this with a big tall glass of milk. YUMMY

Ingredients
  • 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed.
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 pkgs. (3-oz. each) chicken ramen noodles

Directions
  1. In a large saucepan coated with cooking spray, sauté chicken, carrots, onion, celery and garlic until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Add water and contents of seasoning packets from the noodles.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  5. Break noodles into pieces and add to soup, cover and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.

It is never too hot for soup. Sounds wonderful

I made this soup over the weekend and it was very tasty. It gives a simi-homemade taste to the ramen noodles.
