How to make it

  • In a large saucepan coated with cooking spray, sauté chicken, carrots, onion, celery and garlic until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Add water and contents of seasoning packets from the noodles.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  • Break noodles into pieces and add to soup, cover and cook for 3 minutes or until tender.

    It is never too hot for soup. Sounds wonderful

    I made this soup over the weekend and it was very tasty. It gives a simi-homemade taste to the ramen noodles.

    Thanks for the 5 on the soup it is really so good on a cold winters day or even in the summertime but to hot today 99* here ugh!!!!!!!!!
