Made these today for lunch and thought I'd share because they came out so good

Ingredients
  • 2 cans solid white tuna, drained
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbls. onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbls. celery, finely chopped
  • American cheese
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 6 hot dog rolls, preferalbly New England style
  • Butter

Directions
  1. In bowl, break up tuna
  2. Add mayo, onion, and celery
  3. Mix well
  4. Break cheese slices to fit into hot dog roll
  5. Sprinkle tomato into roll
  6. Fill with tuna
  7. Butter one side of roll
  8. In grill pan over medium heat, grill one side of roll
  9. Flip and grill other side
