Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 lb mushrooms shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1 12oz jar marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 - 1/2 tbsp sour cream shopping list
- 3/4 - 1 cup 5-cheese Italian cheese blend (like Kraft) shopping list
- 1-1 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional) shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- garlic salt (to taste) shopping list
- salt (to taste) shopping list
- pepper (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Chop mushoom and mushroom stems (reserve the caps for stuffing) Peel the caps
- Sautee mushroom stems and onion until translucent in oilve oil, salt and pepper
- Strain artichokes from oil and chop
- Mix sauteed mixture, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, 5-cheese blend, parmeasan together in bowl
- Add garlic salt (about 1/4-1/2 tsp), salt, and pepper to taste (if you over season, add more sour cream)
- Stuff mushrooms caps
- Springle with additional 5-cheese blend if desired
- Spray glass dish or cookie sheet with Pam
- Place in glass dish or on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about 20 min or until filling starts to bubble
