Simple pasta midnight snack for all of you stoners out there... sorry i cant get the photo to upload but trust me its a beautiful & tasty dish... enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 box of tri color rotini (any brand)
  • 2 ounce block of parmesan cheese
  • 1 pint of light sour cream
  • *5-10 tblsp of **CREOLE** mustard (**VERY IMPORTANT**) *5-10 depends on you*
  • 2 tblsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion (small sized or use half of a medium to large onion as to not overpower the taste of the other ingredients)
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. This is a pasta salad dish
  2. this is also a very fun dish
  3. Now... before you smoke a bowl
  4. start with the rotini in boiling water on the stove and follow cooking directions on box
  5. now for our homemade pasta salad dressing from scratch
  6. mince the cucumber, onion & bell pepper in a food processer very finely combine and set aside
  7. combine sour cream, CREOLE mustard & olive oil and mix well almost whipping for a few min to mix evenly
  8. add minced veggies to the dressing and whip in blender or processer to a medium thick whip and add salt and pepper to taste
  9. when pasta is done rinse and strain
  10. top with our delicious/ southern homemade dressing... mmm stonerlicious
  11. finally dust with parmesan and i find i like the parmesan off the block grated by myself but if you use the already grated cheese thats fine too i like alot of cheese! now you can smoke your bowl and TRY THIS OUT AND ENJOY!

This sounds great, I'm definitely going to try it but not being from New Orleans I'm going to have to hunt out the Creole mustard, unless I use regular or Dijon and add creole seasonings. Thanks for sharing.

Sounds great, demonstoner! Lillian and image, creole mustard is easy to find - if it's not in the "mustard" isle, it's where the salad dressings are. I live way up in WA and they have it here. Have some in my fridge right now. ;') (great on ham sandwiches, btw)

Hi Demon. This pasta dish sounds fun. I have all the ingredients except for the creole mustard and the wacky tobacky. I think I know where to get the mustard, but the other is a differnt story. You might say it's been a few years. I was a teenager in the 70's. If you were not a stoner, you probably were not breathing. Everything in moderation, right? A big 5 to you.
