Was brought up on cracklin cornbread! And I have been so hungry for it. I used to make it, but have been unable to buy the cracklins at the grocery store for quite sometime. I have never made my own cracklins, so I believe I just might do that in a day or two. Thanks for such a reminder of something so divine that I truly love. Was just talking about this the other day. :)

It's so good... I have added peppers and such to change it up. Remember the day when we did not know about trans fat, and all that? God I miss those days. Now when we eat something we wonder if next week they will tell us it is bad for us!
