Beer Soaked Chops Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix beer,brown sugar,and ketchup very well in bowl.
  • Place pork chops in sprayed,9x13" baking dish and pour beer mixture over top.
  • Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or till chops are done.

    Super easy and delicious. I cut the sauce ingredients in half as I only had three chops. I loved the sauce and served the chops over rice so the rice could soak up some sauce. I loved this and will make it again. Added a couple of pictures, too. Gave it a thread in IMI, too.
