Feta Mashed Potatoes

- 2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cubed. shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan place potatoes, cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Cover potatoes, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
- Drain potatoes well, and return to pan; beat at high speed with a mixer until smooth.
- Add rest of ingredients and beat well.
