Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 1/2 cups vodka
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. green food color if you want green Creme de Menthe
Directions
- Bring sugar and water to boil to dissolve sugar
- Let cool
- Add vodka and peppermint extract (and food color, if making green)
- Mix well
- Store in airtight container
