Copycat Churchs Fried Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine first set of ingredients in a 4-cup bowl. Mix to blend the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Dip the chhicken in the egg mixture then into the dry coating mix and repeat so each piece is double coated.
  • Preheat oil in a heavy skillet. Brown pieces skin side down for 10 minutes. Covered; using medium-high heat. Turn and brown other side, uncovered, for 10 minutes more
