These look/sound wonderful in my mind's mouth. Our tomatoes haven't really come in, so I'll get some from the farmers' market.

I made this tonight and it was very good. I omitted the chives because I was all out of them. I used plain store bought bread crumbs. I think I'll try the fresh kind next time, as stated in the recipe. The fresh herbs definitely adds alot of flavor to the stuffing.
