A "no recipe needed" snack or appetizer..but I'm sharing it, anyway! :) Mix and match your preference and enjoy a tasty snack or a pretty appetizer.

1 loaf french baguette, sliced into 24 rounds and lightly toasted shopping list
4oz goat cheese(Chevre), softened shopping list
2-3T add in, chopped (Examples:green or black olives, roasted red peppers, peppadews, jalapenos, capers, etc) shopping list
1/4 cup fresh herb (Examples: whole leaf basil, cilantro, parsley, chives, etc) shopping list
12-24 slices deli meat, depending on choice and size--either 1/2 or 1 per round(Examples: salami, ham, roast beef, pastrami, turkey, etc) shopping list

Made this! I don't think I have ever had goat cheese! It's creamy, tangy and delicious!!! So for the goat cheese I added black and green olives and jalapenos. For the herbs I used the biggest basil leaves I have ever seen in my life, and chives, and for the meat I used pastrami. This is such a fun and easy recipe with so many possibilities! Can't wait to try it with the roasted red peppers! Thanks!
