How to make it

  • TOSS THE CHICKEN MEDALLIONS IN ALL OF THE DRY INGREDIENTS
  • HEAT OLIVE OIL IN SKILLET AND SAUTEE MEDALLIONS UNTIL COOKED THROUGH ABOUT 6 MINUTES PER SIDE
  • REMOVE MEDALLIONS FROM PAN AND KEEP WARM
  • IN SAME SKILLET OVER SAME HEAT ADD SOY SAUCE, LEMON JUICE AND WATER TO DEGLAZE PAN SCRAPING UP ALL TASTY TIDBITS FROM BOTTOM
  • ADD SOUR CREAM TO PAN AND WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH
  • POUR SAUCE INTO DIPPING CUPS AND SERVE WITH CHICKEN
  • YOU CAN ALSO MAKE LONG GRAIN RICE AND JUST POUR THE SAUCE OVER IT AND TOP WITH MEDALLIONS

    Mmmmmm - flavors I love! I've printed if off and will make it soon...interesting dipping sauce, Julie - sounds very flavorful. I'll be sure to let you know how I do with it...thanks for sharing it!
