Ingredients

How to make it

  • Brown ground beef, and drain off fat.
  • Stir in onion and celery.
  • Saute 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic salt, tomato sauces and olives till heated through.
  • Remove from heat.
  • In another bowl combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and chilies.
  • Set aside 1/5 of chips.
  • Layer 1/2 of remaining chips in bottom of buttered, 2 & 1/2 quart casserole dish or 13 x 9 pan.
  • Top with 1/2 of meat mixture.
  • Top with 1/2 of sour cream mixture.
  • Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  • Repeat layers once.
  • Sprinkle the top with the reserved chips and a little more shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
  • We serve this with a little extra sour cream on top of each serving.

    This sounds great! I love that it is easy and something that I would easily have all the ingredients any day of the week. Rates a "5" my friend. It seems kinda of like a mexican lasagna. Yummy. Thanks.
