How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs, one at a time, till well blended.
  • Mix in pumpkin.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients until well moistened. Pour into a greased 5x9" loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes.

    Excellent! I used pecans instead of walnuts, just because that's all I had. Other than that, I followed the recipe to the letter. We loved it!

    Yum yum! This turned out really nice and moist. Only thing I did different was just used some pumpkin pie spice for the spices. Then I put some pumpkin butter I made on it and it was so good! Im putting it on my blog tomorrow :)
