How to make it

  • Mix lemon juice, onions, chilies, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Marinate chicken in mixture in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  • Heat skillet then add remaining oil and sauté chicken including marinade until onions soften.
  • Serve over white rice.
