Senagelese Chicken Yassa

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 4 large yellow onions diced shopping list
- 1 habanera or 2 jalapeños seeds removed and minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 4 tablespoons canola oil shopping list
- 2-1/2 pounds chicken breast diced shopping list
How to make it
- Mix lemon juice, onions, chilies, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons oil.
- Marinate chicken in mixture in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Heat skillet then add remaining oil and sauté chicken including marinade until onions soften.
- Serve over white rice.
