Ingredients

How to make it

  • I only buy/use kosher or sea salt, and those "garlic salt" and 'celery salt" etc blends are 50% salt...and not the good stuff. So, I make my own. Also a great way to use up your own fresh herbs, as the salt acts as a preserve for the herbs. Just make sure to use only DRY ingredients, no liquids. Have fun with it. :)
  • ***the blend in the photos is sage/lemon zest/sea salt and mixed peppercorns*** See Photo
I have a grinder I use ONLY for this purpose!   Close

Good post Keni, and love the pics, too. Yeah, I quit buying garlic salt and celery salt YEARS ago. Why should I? Gave this a 5 - no guess work involved - I know it is good.
