- 2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tablespoon seeded chopped jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 can (16-1/2 ounces) cream-style corn shopping list
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- Additional cornmeal shopping list
- In a large bowl, combine rice, cornmeal, onion, peppers, salt and baking soda. shopping list
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil. shopping list
- Add corn; mix well. shopping list
- Stir into rice mixture until blended. shopping list
- Fold in cheese. shopping list
- Sprinkle a well-greased 10-in. ovenproof skillet with cornmeal. shopping list
- Pour batter into skillet. shopping list
- Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until bread tests done. shopping list
- Cut into wedges and serve warm. shopping list
