Went to a Greek Festival recently and met a lot of wonderful cooks there...One lady shared this recipe with me .It's an incredible dip...Serve it with toasted pita chips.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. feta cheese
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbls. milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbls. parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme, dried
  • Lots of black pepper, freshly ground
  • Serve with pita chips, bagel chips, or your favorite dippers.

Directions
  1. Cook time is not chill time
  2. Put all ingredients into food processor and process until smooth
  3. Chill
