Okay, so I FINALLY got around to making this...my husband bought like a 50 pound bag of pepperoni from Costco, so I've been trying to come up with ways to use it besides pizza. Okay, so maybe it's not quite 50 pounds, more like 3, but still, that's a lot of pepperoni. But I digress. This dip was really good! We had it hot with Ritz crackers and it had a great flavor - the French-fried onions were very good in this. I tried some cold the next day and it was just as delicious. Posted to the 'I Made It' group (as well as some others) and a picture of my finished dish posted. Thanks for sharing, Chefbaudri!

I'm going to make this for my hubby - he's a pepperoni freak, so this should be a winner. Great recipe!
