Ingredients
  • 6 tbls. butter
  • 6 tbls. flour
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbls. chicken granules (or 1 chicken bouillon cube crushed)

Directions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat
  2. Whisk in flour
  3. Cook until flour begins to bubble
  4. Stir in 2 cups of chicken stock, milk, and heavy cream
  5. Stir in remaining stock, chicken and chicken granule
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Heat to taste

This sounds great, Wynne. I have my homemade stock thawing and am going to make this, but add some carrots and cooked rice I have - I'm sick, so this will be just what the doc ordered. Mmmmmmm ;')
