Spicy Mango- Lime- Vinaigrette

a fast -easy -but yet great tasting dressing to spice up any salad...
Ingredients
- 1 - cup fresh mango juice, simmered until reduced to 3 tablespoons, about 30 minutes........ shopping list
- 1/4 -cup fresh lime juice ...........about 2 limes shopping list
- 1/3 - cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1- tablespoon minced fresh chile peeper of your choice , or more to your taste.............. shopping list
- 1- teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 - cup extra- virgin olive oil shopping list
- kosher salt to taste shopping list
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste shopping list
