This is my spice rub that I use on my chickens, turkeys, pork, shrimp, etc It is a great spice that adds such wonderful flavors to many meats and veggies too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white pepper shopping list
- 3 tablespoons creole spice shopping list
- 1/4 cup chili powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery seed( optional) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Place in air tight container until ready to use.
- Use as a rub for your favorite meat(chicken, pork, beef, or turkey) can be used as a base for BBq spice for shrimp.
