How to make it

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
  • 2. Place each halibut steak on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18x 12 inches) top with soy sauce mixture, onion, lemon, and butter. Fold foil around fish and seal tightly.
  • 3. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
